Ahh can't believe it's Monday already! The bf was visiting, so I had a great weekend full of quality time and tons of delicious food.
Because I was busy spending as much time as possible with the bf, I didn't meal prep this week. But I still set myself up for success with a trip to the grocery store. So for anyone else who's strapped for time, here's what's on my typical healthy eating grocery list:
With the above ingredients, it's super easy to throw together a week's worth of healthy breakfasts, salads, stir frys and snacks that all take under 30 minutes to make. For more ideas on how to turn this list into meals, check out this no prep meal prep post.
Q: Grocery shopping: love it or hate it? What's on your grocery list?
Can you please come grocery shopping for me and then make healthy meals? I kid!!!
ReplyDeleteHaha yes happy too if you take me Disney running with you :) Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteLooks like you had a delicious/fun weekend! I love grocery shopping (especially now since the grocery story is so close to my apartment). My list is pretty similar - usually I can get away with buying chicken 1x/every 2 weeks.
ReplyDeleteYea it was great! I usually alternate chicken and tofu, and stick to tofu when I really don't want to cook ANYTHING ahead of time lol.
Deleteyesss this is my exact grocery list! haha!
ReplyDeleteYay twins! Love it :)
DeleteHa! Very similar to my grocery list. Nut butter is an absolute staple for me - I use it all the time!
ReplyDeleteYes nut butter makes everything better! So necessary :)
DeleteGreat list! I don't mind grocery shopping... but I do it with my three children which makes a simple task an epic adventure ALWAYS! :)
ReplyDeleteOh man I think if I went grocery shopping with 3 kids right now I would just grab whatever I could reach first and spring out of the store lol. Thanks for stopping by :)
